Choosing an Advisor

All companies will occasionally experience financial challenges and at times those challenges will become what we call “financial distress”. Those times are stressful and worrying for a director.

Unfortunately, most traditional advisers such as accountants, bank managers, lawyers and consultants have insufficient working knowledge of turnaround and restructuring techniques to be of use to a director.
