John Gibbons

John has more than 30 years specialist experience in corporate recovery, restructuring and reorganisation. He was a Partner of one of the Big4 Accounting firms, Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services Division for 24 years and Leader of the firm’s National Corporate Restructuring practice. John has focused on delivering optimum results for his clients by providing quality service, whether that be in the field of restructuring, receivership, administration, litigation support or investigation. This has been best demonstrated in a number of Australia’s largest and most complex corporate insolvencies.
Cliff Sanderson

Cliff is a corporate restructuring specialist with over 30 years of experience in Australia and internationally. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Restructuring Works. In the last 10 years he has been appointed liquidator of over 700 companies. He was a Partner of Ernst & Young for 10 years. His experience ranges from formal appointments in Liquidations and Voluntary Administrations to sale of business, due diligence and valuations. Cliff has been the lead adviser in some of the largest restructurings in the Asia Pacific region.
Geoff Knoke

Geoff has over 30 years of experience in banking, insolvency and corporate restructuring. He now specialises in providing advice and solutions to trading business under financial distress. Geoff’s experience includes over 15 years in the insolvency division of a Big4 accounting firm and with a large specialist insolvency firm. The key to Geoff’s ability to understand the complex issues facing a distressed company is his four years of experience as a Corporate Lending and Workout Executive in a mid-tier financier. Geoff is renowned as a great communicator which flows from his Graduate Diploma in Communications which he obtained by way of thesis, examining communication in the insolvency environment. Geoff’s unique experience also includes a Degree in Zoology. Geoff has worked on a range of matters from large corporate insolvencies to voluntary wind ups of small businesses.
Brad Vincent

Brad has been providing advice to directors of companies in financial distress for 15 years. Brad will probably be your initial contact at Restructuring Works and you will he has the ability to quickly grasp the situation you face and can quickly point you in the right direction. After 15 years of being an advisor, Brad has developed an excellent understanding of the legal and practical issues facing a director of an insolvent company – it is rare for a director to throw a new situation at Brad. You will find him understanding and sympathetic, but above all practical. Brad will provide the cool head in a stressful situation.
