Formal Appointment Expert:
Sometime the best solution for a company is a formal insolvency appointment of some kind, most commonly Voluntary Administration. Our "grey hair' insolvency practitioner is Thomas Javorsky. Tom has over 30 years of professional experience. He has extensive experience in the administration of insolvent corporations including liquidation, voluntary administration, receivership, turnaround management and forensic investigations. He is a former Partner of Ernst & Young and spent many years as a Partner with PKF and Jones Partners. He has also spent three years with Citibank as their Senior Investment Manager in the start up of their venture capital division. Tom has a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting) from Canberra University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia, Australian Institute of Credit Management, FASIG and the Securities Institute of Australia (now known as FINSIA). Tom is a Registered Liquidator and an Official Liquidator.

Accounting, Audit and Tax Expert
Our Accounting Expert is Rodney Grosvenor. Rod advises the clients of Restructuring Works on the key issues of management information systems, budgeting, tax and audit issues. Rod is a founding partner of Grosvenor Business Advisers. He has over 27 years of professional experience. Rod commenced his career in professional practice with seven years in KPMG's Sydney office and has since practiced for over twenty years as a partner of a medium sized city firm. His experience extends across the preparation of financial statements, auditing, Corporations Act, establishment and advice on accounting systems and controls as well as taxation and accounting services. He has been involved with clients across various industries including oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, retailing, banking, construction, investment, insurance, real estate, legal, printing and publishing, registered clubs and associations, travel and hospitality industries. Rod is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Company Auditor and a Registered Tax Agent.
