At Restructuring Works, we provide confidential, expert advice to directors of companies in financial distress. There are many sites providing information on restructuring and insolvency issues, but at Restructuring Works we focus on the issues facing the decision maker - the company director.
Why did we create the site? Our experience suggests that there is very little practical support for directors when things start to go wrong.
Until now there has not been a one-stop-shop for a director to get a practical understanding of their situation and the solutions available.
Most accountants, bank managers, lawyers and management consultants have insufficient working knowledge of turnaround and restructuring techniques to be of use to a director. Some insolvency practitioners remain tied to closure techniques or those methods where fees are greatest. Whilst many insolvency practitioners are moving into the rescue and restructure field some do not consider a broad enough range of solutions. And most books on the topic are highly legalistic and of limited use to a director.

Obviously there is a commercial motive - we are all in business to make profits - but you'll be able to use our site free of charge and get excellent practical advice. So, how much do our services cost?
